SmartValue Club – Terms of Service

Welcome to SmartValue Club, a subscription-based membership program that provides digital learning, lifestyle benefits, cashback rewards, and exclusive member discounts.
By subscribing, accessing, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Overview

SmartValue Club (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates as a membership and rewards platform designed to deliver real monthly value through educational content, business tools, shopping discounts, and other digital services.

Membership includes access to various partner offers and limited referral-based rewards.
SmartValue Club is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, investment program, or financial scheme. The primary purpose of membership is to access value-based products and services.

2. Membership

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  • By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fee according to your chosen package.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to renewal.

  • Benefits and services included in each package are listed on our website and may change or expand as we enhance our offerings.

3. Referral Rewards System

  • Members may share their unique invite link (e.g., ?invite=username) to invite others to join SmartValue Club.

  • The referral system is limited to three (3) levels only:

    • Level 1: Direct member referred by you.

    • Level 2: Member referred by your Level 1 referral.

    • Level 3: Member referred by your Level 2 referral.

  • Referral rewards are issued as small cash credits, tokens, or other benefits, which may be used toward future membership payments or redeemed in accordance with published guidelines.

  • The referral program is intended solely as a loyalty and sharing incentive, not a business or income opportunity.

  • Members may not promote SmartValue Club as an investment, job opportunity, or MLM business. Any such misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of rewards.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once access to digital content and benefits has been provided.

  • Payments may be processed via approved gateways (credit card, EFT, crypto, or mobile payments).

  • If payment fails or is reversed, access to benefits may be suspended until the account is in good standing.

5. Digital Products & Partner Services

  • SmartValue Club provides access to a variety of digital content such as eBooks, eCourses, templates, and partner benefits.

  • All content and materials are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or shared publicly without permission.

  • Partner services (e.g., DigitalFlyer, Train4Wealth, Venora, coupon providers) operate independently and may have their own terms and conditions.

  • We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or disputes arising from third-party partner offers.

6. Rewards & Tokens

  • Cashback or token rewards (such as CBT tokens) are promotional benefits and do not constitute financial instruments or investments.

  • Token values may fluctuate and are provided for loyalty purposes only.

  • SmartValue Club does not guarantee future value, resale, or exchangeability of any tokens received.

7. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Use SmartValue Club services in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner.

  • Avoid making false or misleading claims about earnings, benefits, or the nature of the program.

  • Refrain from using the referral system for spamming or unauthorized promotions.

  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website design, content, and materials are owned by SmartValue Club or its partners.
No part of the platform may be copied, modified, or reproduced without written consent.

9. Disclaimers

  • SmartValue Club provides digital and membership services on an “as-is” basis.

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results, earnings, or outcomes from participation.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality materials, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartValue Club, its partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:
loss of profits, data, or reputation.

11. Cancellation & Termination

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their online account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for the current month.

  • SmartValue Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the program.

12. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts.
